     In 1998 a child named Owen Wong was born to a named mother Azizah Wong and father named Ali Wong, they lived in Los Santos and they owned a house of huts which easily collapsed if exposed to wind and water, and also their work as garbage collectors they could not renovating their homes because they use money for their daily needs, they also often don't eat anything in one or two days and they also often eat rice with salt only, but fortunately Owen has worked in a pretty good shop and there he gets money in one month.

 

 

     Owen was very fond of the job and when one day Owen was mugged and Owen tried to run away but when Owen wanted to escape, Owen was shot in the stomach and when Owen was shot Owen had given a message to the police to come to this shop and arrest the criminals, but when Owen had fainted it was seen they had escaped from the store and then the police arrived and they were surprised because there had been a shot at the shop's glass door and the police also saw Nixon lying on the floor of the shop in a state of fainting and being shot, they too immediately called an ambulance to take Owen to the hospital and when Nixon arrived at the hospital he was almost in a coma because of the shot in his stomach.

 

 

     After a month at the hospital Owen felt healed and Owen was allowed to go home from the hospital, and one of the SAPD members came to Owen's house to ask about the condition and the real story of the robber and finally Owen was given a gift to a SAPD member and rehabilitated his house not suitable to use and now it's been repaired with SAPD members and Owen also thanked SAPD members. And now Owen also often helps SAPD to pursue criminals in Las Venturas and now Owen is often seen by SAPD members.
