Is a child from his father named David Brandon and his mother named Jenny Choe. Since childhood, Wail has always been restrained by his parents for fear of being influenced by negative associations. And that made Wail less familiar with outside relationships and lacked understanding of technology.In 2003 Wail graduated from Vocational High School. Dixie wanted to continue his studies in Los Santos to get a better education and to be more independent. Finally Wail looked for the best University in Los Santos.Wail took several exams to enter the best university in Los Santos. Unexpectedly, Wail passed the exam at the best University in Los Santos named The Los Santos University. Wail immediately prepared the documents and the fees needed to go to Los Santos. After all the preparations, Wail left his family and rushed to leave. After Wailarrived in Los Santos, Wailmanaged to get a little shock because he did not have a family to accept and spend him in socializing. But Wail remains enthusiastic. Then Wail looked for the location of the University. But fate said today starting black and Wailstill can't find his university. Because Wail was very tired, Wail decided to look for a place to rest. Wailgot lost because of running out of cellphone batteries. In a dark and lonely place, a mob surrounded Wail. Wail spoke kindly. But the gang of gang was waiting and ignoring Wail's conversation. Then Wail is beaten by a gang of the gang and Wail's belongings are taken. After a coma of a few days, Wail realized at the ASGH Los Santos hospital. The doctor explains that Wail fainted in a small hallway and residents helped Wail. After being restored, Wail didn't know where to go and what to do. Finally Wailwas stranded in the city of Los Santos, decided to return life from scratch and worked to collect money to be returned to California.
