Tiorre Randall was born in October the 20th, 2001 in Davis, Los Santos, San Andreas, in a local hospital, Tiorre was born healthy without any disease. He had been living with his parents until his parents divorced when he was about 9 years old, he had to move to his grandmother's house because of economy issues, his grandmother had to pay for his school because his mother had no job.

 

Tiorre had finished Elementary School, he then continued to medium school with his Scholarship fund, he was a smart kid overall and his teacher was pretty proud of him. At about 3 years later Tiorre graduated medium school, and he received a scholarship fund. At that time, his grandmother had heart problems and was pretty sick, which is why he had to use the scholarship fund for his grandmother. Years later, his grandmother passed away, Tiorre and his mother had to take care of themselves, hopeless, whilst being in the struggle, Tiorre couldn't continue his education due to not having a job, the same goes for his mom.

 

Tiorre had been looking for local jobs to do, even though there were barely any jobs that paid an extra buck, so that Tiorre could bring food on the table wasn't a succes.  He was usually hanging around his neighborhood, he met someone who has been selling drugs around the neighborhood. Tiorre basically had no other option left, other than dealing dope to bring food on the table. On an unlucky day, cops caught him dealing drugs in his neighborhood. He was officially charged with possession of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and LSD, and was sent to Juvenile Hall to await his sentence. After about 2 months, when Tiorre was done with a youth rehabilitation program in L.S County, Tiorre was back on the Streets, aged 16. He was looking for a job, he found a supermarket that needed an employee, he applied as an employee and succesfully got the job. He currently lives in the Rancho & Davis area, his exact whereabouts are unknown. Currently a cashier, Tiorre continues his life from there.
