Story:

 

The night was indeed the coldest one in the winter of that year, Tamen was only a seventeen years old wannabe-gangster, groomed to be a fully-initiated member of the brotherhood, as the locals called the Tong. It was nameless, for a purpose, since it only serve as a target for the authorities, making them having a better case against the brotherhood. Started after the war against the Japanese, the brotherhood started small, as a facet for those struggled for a living, in the newfound city. Tamen was among those who struggled hard, he never had the opportunity to be educated properly, even never had the chance to eat properly, every second is a struggle, and the struggle get even more real each moment passed.

 

Several years performing odd-jobs and straightforward crime, Tamen made name for himself as the "Fox of Liyuan Street", especially his wise demeanor which rarely found on the other personality involved in the area. He paid his meal to the restaurant when the others do not, he gave to charity, he done good deeds since there is a saying "good deeds attratcs good fate" so he uphold that principle high and never give-in himself for the common ways of violence in display among his peers. At last the brotherhood realized Tamen's potentials to become a great member and addition to the brotherhood, and to involve younger generations into the brotherhood since most of the remaining members are elderly who hold the positions even since the creation.

 

Tamen made alright over the matters and issues he caught himself on in his new responsibility and made the brotherhood stable enough, stable enough the police authority never heard anything again from the brotherhood, it was managed to be a very discreet, high-performing model of business, since the brotherhood never use violence much, unless there are conditions met for the violence to be unleashed, at very urging situations. So basically the brotherhood was of course, operating under larger organization, one of the Triad itself. 

 

Tamen has found a new challenge, to operate in the new addition of organization in Los Santos, under the order of the higher ups since the brotherhood already doing good enough it seamlessly generating profits without much intervention.
