METH ACTIVITY SHOWS SHARP INCREASE ACROSS LOS SANTOS

LOS SANTOS — Methamphetamine activity across Los Santos has reportedly increased by approximately 27% in recent months, according to preliminary figures compiled from drug-related arrests, seizures, and community reports. Authorities have yet to identify a single organization responsible for the apparent increase, but investigators believe the market may be becoming increasingly organized.

The largest concern for investigators is not necessarily street-level sales, but the apparent structure behind them. Approximately 41% of reported cases are believed to involve intermediary dealers rather than direct transactions with a primary supplier, making it increasingly difficult for authorities to determine where the supply originates.

Investigators are also examining possible financial connections between narcotics activity and legitimate businesses. Preliminary estimates suggest that as much as 23% of suspected drug proceeds may be entering or moving through otherwise legitimate commercial activity. No businesses have been publicly named or accused, and officials have stressed that the figures remain part of an ongoing investigation.

The increase has reportedly been observed across at least nine areas of Los Santos, although activity remains concentrated in several locations known for existing underground markets. Authorities believe the distribution model may allow higher-level operators to remain separated from street-level transactions, limiting their exposure to conventional narcotics investigations.

Despite the apparent increase, officials have cautioned against drawing conclusions about a single coordinated operation. “What we're seeing is a pattern, not necessarily a single organization,” one source familiar with the investigation said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Law enforcement agencies have reportedly increased surveillance and cooperation between narcotics and financial-crime investigators. Whether the recent activity represents the emergence of a new distribution network or the expansion of an existing one remains unclear.

Authorities have declined to comment on potential suspects, ongoing investigations, or the source of the methamphetamine currently circulating in Los Santos.

This thread will showcase the criminal activities surrounding Aguilla Martinez Blanca, also known as Hawk, and his circle of associates. The concept revolves around a modern form of organized crime built through trusted associates and key connections rather than a strict or traditional hierarchy. The network operates through personal relationships, business interests, and mutual interests rather than a clearly defined chain of command.

The thread will mainly focus on the development of Hawk's criminal network, its activities, connections, and the consequences surrounding them. It will not be heavily centered around Cults OMC-related activity, as the purpose of this thread is to explore Hawk's individual criminal operations and the wider network surrounding him.
