Miss Rousseau was a French-American lady born in San Andreas. Her grandparents fled to the land of freedom in 1940 just before the Fall of Paris. It was chaos at that time but her grandfather was a French Marine Officer, so they embarked to the ship with full family and moved to the States miserably. Her father was born in San Andreas too, but they are still living the French way even they never came back to their homeland. Her father met her mother, which is also a French-American lady and they get married in 1990s. Her parents have 2 kids, a boy and a girl. Unfortunately, her brother, Jean Rousseau died after childbirth. Miss Rosseau never met her brother. Every Sunday, Miss Rousseau never forgets to visit her brother's grave and she always gives him a white rose. A symbol of sorrow and agony.

 

 

Miss Rousseau's life is more like an adventurous one. She is living la vida loca since teenage. She is addicted to whiskey and the Pub is her favourite place to visit. She is an alcoholic with bad manners. Right now, she works as a taxi driver for San Andreas multimillion company called Real Taxi. Sometimes, she takes another job as a Mail Delivery in Amazon Inc. She got so many ffriend from drinking alone. What a drunken mistress she is. She now lives in a tiny and cheap flat near Playa de Seville. Before that, she was living with her parents at Mullholland. Before doing taxis, she went to the university majoring in Electrical Engineering but she got dropped out simply because she went drunk every night and missed the class in the morning. Her parents got angry and they threw her out from their home. She was homeless for weeks before the taxi opportunity came to her. 

 

Miss Rousseau is a niche and stylist young girl. She is beautiful too. Family epic ever said she was descendant from the Charlemagne herself. But that doesn't make her hot headed, she is a very humble and gregarious girl at the same time. She made a lot of friends especially her drinking companions at the Pub. Most of them are not good people. Some thugs, some mafioso, and some bandits. Lucky her, she never committed crime even her friends likewise. Her motto is "Vincit omnia veritas". The meaning is "Righteousness will always win".
