          On October 5, 1999, at a hospital in Tokyo, a boy named Wise "Ryuji" Noushikizo was born. The only child of a married couple who is already waiting for the birth of a child. Wise was born in good health and has an ideal weight. With his birth, the hopes of his parents were achieved.

 

          A few years passed, Wise grew up to be a good and devoted child to his parents. Wise always sets aside time to help his father and mother with homework with his study time. Wise never felt lacking both the affection of his parents and his life, Wise himself never asked for something that made his parents difficult. Although his parents will definitely give him what Wise wants. Because Wise's parents are upper-middle-class people. His father is an internal medicine specialist while his mother is a nurse and both work in the same hospital at IUHW Mita Hospital. From the profession of his parents, Wise also developed a desire to be like his parents and wanted to pass on medical blood in his family.

 

          Wise's great desire to be achieved, he also diligently studied all the materials that taught medical problems and he was very happy to learn about human anatomy and human internal organs. Because of that great motivation and desire, Wise was accepted into a well-known university, namely The University of Tokyo, which has a world-class medical faculty with very advanced medical research in Tokyo. There Wise can learn more details and focus more on the profession that he will pursue later in the future.

 

          A few years later, Wise graduated from The University of Tokyo cum laude. Wise became one of the best graduates of his Campus. After graduating, Wise immediately got a job offer at the hospital in Los Santos, precisely in Fort Carson. Although unlike other major hospitals, Wise accepted the job and was very happy because the position he will hold is Executive Assistant. Wise has a mission and vision to help the residents around Fort Carson so that medical problems there can be handled quickly without having to go to the city's hospitals. Wise also lived his life with new colleagues from various countries as well as at Fort Carson Hospital.
