Christopher DeLuca was born in Liberty City around Little Italy to Italian-American family. His father worked long hours as a truck dispatcher around the industrial district, while his mother managed a small neighborhood-family bakery. They weren't rich around Little Italy neigborhood, but they always had enough to get by when they need it. Christopher finished school without much trouble in school and was expected to live a normal life like everyone else around him. But Liberty City wasn't the kind of city where the streets stayed quiet for long. Christopher is growing up with stories from older neighbors about the old glory days of Italian-American gangster when the wise guy or the made man still controlling the neighborhoods through social clubs, gambling rooms, and local businesses. Most of those stories were probably exaggerated, but to Christopher, they sounded more interesting than anything school could ever teach him.

 

Christopher became fascinated by those stories since a child because of it, wasn't because of the money or the violence that older neighborhood talked about. What caught his attention was the coolest of The Mafia, especially he was growing up with movies like Goodfellas, Casino, The Godfather or whenever they remembered the old days. He watched classic mob movies, read books about organized crime, and listened whenever older neighbors talked about Liberty City's forgotten underworld. Some stories were probably exaggerated, others completely true, but Christopher rarely cared which was which. To him, those men seemed to live by a code that felt stronger than the ordinary life around him.

That fascination became part of who he was as grow older. Christopher never claimed to be a gangster yet, or someone who is dangerous. He finished school like everyone expected and even worked a few regular jobs for years, but deep down he couldn't imagine spending the next forty years doing the same thing every day, and none of his jobs ever held his interest for long. The stories he grew up hearing never left his mind. Every neighborhood had people with reputations. Every city had its own underworld, and slowly became part of the way he saw the world.

 

As the time flew by, Christopher decided to leave Liberty City and move to Los Santos in his twenties, But some habits never changed. Before long, he found himself spending time around neighborhoods where old-school Italian names still carried weight. He listened carefully whenever people talked about local crews, street politics, or families with influence. Even though Christopher wasn't a gangster yet or have any real connection to mob street-crew ties to organized crime. But the stories that shaped his childhood never left him. And Los Santos wasn't just another city for Christopher, whether he would end up living an ordinary life or slowly walking into the city's underworld was something even he couldn't answer. All he knew was that every story worth remembering had to begin somewhere, and for him, that beginning was Los Santos.
