Austin Cameron is a childhood friend of Constantinos Archimedes who is a partner in the Morigan Syndicate. Together, they conspired to embezzle a cut of the illegal profits and planned to flee with the money they had taken, but everything changed when Constantinos became consumed by paranoia. Austin felt that his friend was beginning to distance himself from the team, afraid that Shamrock's executives would expose their secrets. Although Austin tried to calm his friend down and told him to stay calm.

The situation became critical when Captain Boney gave them a final warning. Boney knew about their plan to betray the syndicate, but he offered them a chance to stay loyal. Austin saw this as a lifeline, but Constantinos mistakenly thought he was "protected" by the Captain. Because of this delusion, Constantinos ignored the warning. He convinced Austin and their colleague, Lorcan, to take a large sum of money and prepare to escape the country, believing they were untouchable.

Their plan failed miserably in Convertina. They met Tobias, the Captain of the Armory, who ruthlessly exposed their duplicity. Tobias knew everything and demanded that they return all the hidden money. Austin stood silently as Constantinos, defeated and angry, threw his ATM card at Tobias. They left the room and drove toward Los Santos Airport, but Austin felt a deep sense of dread. He knew that in the world of MGS, returning the money was rarely enough to earn forgiveness.

The end came quickly on the highway. Austin saw a black sedan approaching them at a dangerous speed. Before they could react, three gunmen opened fire, and a lethal hail of bullets hit their car. The vehicle flipped and crashed violently on the side of the road. In that mangled wreck, Austin, Constantinos, and Lorcan perished instantly. Austin had spent his life being a loyal partner, but in the end, that loyalty led him to a violent death.
