Andres Murphy is a guy who owns a restaurant in the city. He serves burgers. A time ago Andres Murphy was involved with some bad people called the Shamrock syndicate. They were a deal in the city back then. Being part of the syndicate was all about being loyal and fighting for power. It was a violent world. Andres Murphy got tired of all that. Decided he wanted a quieter life. So he used the money he had saved to buy a burger restaurant. Running the restaurant was a lot easier than what he used to do. That was just what he wanted.

Things went on like that for a while until Andres Murphy got a phone call one afternoon. The phone ringing was a surprise because Andres Murphy did not usually answer calls from numbers he did not know. The person, on the phone sounded familiar which made Andres Murphy a bit nervous. They talked about something that had happened a time ago at North Pier. Andres Murphy was curious so he agreed to meet with them. That day Andres Murphy got in his Buffalo and drove to a quiet part of town.

The people Andres Murphy met told him that he still owed them money from a time ago. They said the delivery had not gone as planned and they wanted their money back. Things got really bad. They even pulled out guns. There were shots fired and Andres Murphy got hurt. He fell to the ground. As he was dying, Dominic Vance and Leo Rossi just walked away. They did not say a word. All that was left was silence and death. What happened to Andres Murphy shows that it is hard to get from the Shamrock syndicate no matter how hard Andres Murphy tried to leave it all behind.
