     Cody Pogba was born on December 1st, 1992, in Las Venturas.After finishing high school, he spent over two years unemployed.He applied to various jobs, but the results were nothing.Every morning, while others went to work, he could only sit silently in front of the Las Venturas tenant, counting his debts.Over time, his head started to feel noisy.He thought he failed as a person, failed at everything.At that point, people are very easy to take shortcuts, especially when they feel no one needs them.

He mistakenly entered a circle of bad choices.

 

     Not because he was reckless, but because he was desperate.In that situation, Cody felt real fear.He couldn't sleep well, and every time he heard a Sanchez motorcycle pass by, his heart would race.He was also hurt by the people closest to him.To this day, the pain remains.Since then, his friends started calling him "Bayangan." They said it was because wherever Cody went, his past followed him like a shadow on a wall, something he couldn't get rid of.

 

     The turning point came when he looked in the mirror and didn't recognize his own face.
He was thin, with empty eyes, and had forgotten how to smile.At that moment, he decided to stop.He pulled away from everything, starting all over again.He took any job he could find—delivery driver, mechanic, loan shark.It was exhausting, but strangely, every paycheck felt different.It was because the money was honest.He earned it with his own effort, not with fear.

 

     Recovery isn't as beautiful as in the movies.
There are always relapses.One week he would be okay, the next he would isolate himself, not wanting to meet anyone.Nightmares would come back.Eventually, he decided to see a psychologist at General All Saint's Hospital.At first, he was quiet, ashamed to talk.But eventually, he opened up.The doctor told him that the wounds wouldn't disappear, but they could be reconciled.From that point, Cody started writing in a notebook.The writing was messy, full of typos.But it helped him release all the pent-up thoughts in his head.

 

     Now Cody has changed.
He rents an apartment in Los Santos, drives a taxi, and saves money in the bank.He's no longer poor, but he's not great yet.However, he can laugh again.He can drink coffee in the morning without thinking about strange things."Bayangan" is now something he uses to remind himself.He once fell very deep, but he chose to get back up.Slowly, one step at a time, falling and rising again, until the exhaustion disappeared.
