Megalovania109 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Darc Side & Ramona Gardens - Vernon Ave. Ramona Gardens is a housing complex in Glen Park, Los Santos, San Andreas. The housing projects are a 250 unit structure that houses predominantly African-American and Hispanic families. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms and consist of cosy interiors with a elegant twist. The Gardens is one of the only areas to not fall under the American Crack epidemic and was barely effected by narcotics and is owned by the Housing Authority of Los Santos (HACLS). The housing projects were built in 1970 by the Federal Government in order to house people stricken by poverty. Ramona Gardens is said to house a Crip gang and can be supported by the gang related vandalism. Ramona Gardens held the death of 27 year old Dorothy "Top Hoodstas" Glover in 2014, Top Hoodstas was found shot dead and was believed to be gang related. Ramona Gardens housed the 1980s American-crack epidemic and in no time, was housed by drug-dealing gang 'crews' or gangs. Numerous raids on housing have led to the seizure of heavy narcotics, ranging from marijuana to crack-cocaine. The apartments predominantly house Hispanic and African-American families and are believed to harbor street gangs and (ex) felons. The housing projects were featured in a documentary; see San Andreas Life. Vernon is a west-south avenue that connects neighboring areas to the Commerce out of Jefferson, Los Santos City. Stack Money Gang Stack Money Gang was a loosely drug crew for much of its existence. Occasionally because of this needless bloody disputes inside the network took place. Several members from the Rollin 40's days decided that there needed to be more order in the ranks. A new era was ushered in for the gang where old traditions were being reincorporated into the gang alongside ideological pillars that were instilled to prepare them for prison life. To symbolize the transition gang members decided to take on a new name. So long as these values were enforced in the community it has the potential to more deeply embed the main clique inside Darc Side to counteract the effects of law enforcement operations. It was a key issue that Shkiesty set out on implementing to maintain stability. Her time as it was hallmarked with levelheaded decisions and countless killings orchestrated against perceived enemies inside the gang, against rivals and law enforcement officers. Williams was handpicked to keep the program going smoothly and build on it more as planned. Both men were longtime members and alongside Devon Brown performed well as enforcers. It can only be speculated what the effects of those changes.
