Back a few months, to a time when a group was running a street-level drug trafficking operation. They were part of a criminal gang "WOLVES" in the Marina area known for causing trouble, extortion, theft, and pickpocketing. Their goal in setting up this small-scale drug operation was to achieve a specific objective: raising the money they needed to pay off all their debts so they could build a race car for street racing. Once everything was running smoothly, they shut down the business and returned to their old activities, adhering to the rules of the street.

The individuals listed above are former small-time drug dealers in the Marina area, and they also occasionally smuggled goods into Fort Benton High School and sold them to some of the students there. They are currently carrying out their respective duties within their tribe, led by the Warchief of the Wolves, known as “R.” Over the past month, the Wolves have been embroiled in a heated conflict with a gang of Japanese youths in the area near their territory, still within the Marina neighborhood of Los Santos. It’s not just the Japanese gang; the Wolves also have other enemies from the East Los Santos area. As a result of these battles, many tribe members have been injured, and the tribe’s finances have dwindled. Consequently, the tribe’s Warchief has ordered a lockdown on its members and an increase in business sales—one of which is their drug operation.

Young Raven has renewed interest in reviving the business they used to run, which they previously operated solely to achieve a specific goal; now, however, they will conduct these operations on a regular basis to secure steady profits by selling to small groups and their contacts in Los Santos. They are gathering former members who were once involved in the business, as well as new recruits from the tribe—or, as they’re known, the Young Wolf. Kiona Yamparika as Kish, Raven Teeth, Christopher Machakw as Dead Feather, and Naheun “Hans” Catahecassa are the ones who will manage this business moving forward. They don’t just want to produce street-level drugs; they aim to expand into other activities to make things easier for them in the future.

Carjacking in this activity, they obtain vehicles to be used later or target items inside the vehicles. Small-scale gun trafficking selling small handguns such as the P226, Magnum, and Glock. Legal businesses used for money laundering they launder money through businesses they will establish in the future.
