westsidesupreme Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Prologue ; a great Asian-American kid who lives a life full of experiences and has various branches of his hobbies. Cash Nguyen is a child of mixed Asian and American descent, born and raised in the city of Los Santos with his entire family. Cash's life is full of pressure and he has had a lot of experiences so far and these experiences have made him more valuable and able to equalize his level with anyone who is even older and more experienced than him. Cash Nguyen grew up with proper teachings, he excelled in both academic and non-academic matters. And currently he is in 3 different life sessions. Law student, Vintage and Antique Compendium and he just finished his military academy. The Core of the Pressure ; Living in Los Santos as an Asian-American (Vietnamese-American) with high family expectations is the main reason why Cash's life is full of stress. His family adhered to a principle of strict discipline: if you weren't the best, you were invisible. This pressure forces Cash to grow up faster than other children his age. He was forced to master many things, academic and non-academic, in order to be on par with the much older people around him. To fulfill his family's ambitions as well as train his physical discipline, Cash was enrolled in a leading youth military academy. There, he was trained in tactics, shooting, and leadership. He has just completed his education there with the title of best graduate. Instead of relaxing, Cash immediately took the next extreme step: enrolling as a law student at the University of Los Santos at the age of only 18. The Vintage Compendium ; In the midst of the massive pressure of life between the law and the military, Cash finds an unusual "escape": antiques. For him, ancient items have stories, souls and historical value that modern money cannot buy. His hobby started when he found a vintage military watch from the war and an old Zippo lighter from the 1960s in his military academy's warehouse. Since then, Cash began to delve deeper into the world of Vintage and Antique Compendium. He often scours flea markets in the corners of Los Santos, looking for ancient legal manuscripts, old military badges, and even analog cameras. His ability to analyze the authenticity of these antiques indirectly hones his accuracy in reading small details, an ability that is very useful for a law student when dissecting articles and cases. Grease and Gasoline ; In addition to the antiques in the room, Cash's love of the aesthetics of the past spills over into the streets of Los Santos. Cash is a car enthusiast, but don't expect to see him driving a flashy modern supercar. Cash's taste is towards Retro JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) cars from the 80s and 90s, such as the Toyota AE86 or the old Nissan Skyline R32 which he restored himself from scratch. He acquired his mechanical skills autodidactically because of his interest in old, purely mechanical machines, combined with the logistics lessons he had studied at the military academy. For Cash, working on the car in the garage is the only moment where he can control everything alone, away from the pressure of the law and other people's expectations. Paradox of Los Santos ; Now, Cash Nguyen lives in three colliding worlds in Los Santos. By day, he is a dapper law student in a suit, carrying a suitcase filled with case documents, and speaking in stilted legalese. By day, he is a charismatic and keen antique collector. But at night, his military discipline breaks down when his JDM car engine roars on the Los Santos highway for a wild race. This combination makes Cash both a dangerous and attractive figure in the eyes of others: He knows how to break the law because he knows how to manipulate it; He has a military-style mental steel, but has the classic tastes of a gentleman.
