His dad passed away because of late-stage cancer before he was born, and he was an only child. Arianna (Percival's mum) worked at kindergarten as a teacher and took on a part-time job as a cashier to earn extra salary so that she could provide for their daily needs. Since her husband passed away, she now sees Percival as her new world, and she won't let her new world slip away a second time. Back to Percival, in his life, he only loved two things; his mum and music. The moment that made him fall in love with music was when he was in 5th grade at elementary school, as he walked past the art teacher's room and saw that the teacher was listening to The Strokes, although at the time he didn't know the band was called The Strokes. The next day, after he finished all his class, he decided to go to the art teacher's room to ask the teacher the name of the band and song he'd been listening to yesterday, and the teacher said, "That band is called The Strokes and the song is called 'Hard To Explain'." In spring 2016, Percival discovered a lot of new bands, such as Arctic Monkeys, The Smiths, TV Girl, and Arcade Fire. At the same time, he had graduated from elementary school. After he graduated, his mum decided to move to Glasgow, Scotland, because Arianna's sister offered her a job. Percival actually wanted to ask his mum to turn down the offer because Falmouth was their home, and they would never leave it, but after all, it was for the sake of their future. In is new neighbourhood, he made lots of new friends who also loved indie music, especially Bill, who became his best friend; as it happened, he and Bill went to the same school. Six years later, Percival and Bill decided to pursue further education, as they weren't born into a wealthy family, they eventually applied for a scholarship so that they could continue their studies. Long story short, they passed the scholarship exam, both of them went to the same university in the U.S.A, and they live in the same dorm. When they were in college, they didn't forget to work part-time as a courier driver. One year after they graduated, they decided to go their separate ways for the sake of their respective careers.
