He is the son of Jameson Farmer and Sarah Grant. From childhood, Belal grew up in a family that faced economic hardship. His father worked as a traveling ice cream vendor around Jefferson, while his mother was a housewife, sometimes taking on side jobs to help support the family. These difficult economic circumstances shaped Belal's growth into an independent and resilient child. While other children enjoyed their childhoods playing and pursuing their own interests, Belal was accustomed to helping his father with his work from an early age. He often rode along the streets of Los Santos with his father selling ice cream, witnessing the hardships of life in the city. At the age of 13, Belal began working as a delivery man using a bicycle borrowed from a friend. Although still attending Junior High School in the Market area, he managed to balance school and work. Every day, Belal had to walk quite a distance to school because his family couldn't afford a vehicle. Despite being tired, he never complained, wanting to help his parents. On his 14th birthday, his father gave him an old bicycle as a simple gift. For Belal, the gift meant a lot because it finally made it easier for him to go to school and work. From then on, Belal became more diligent at work and became known as a hardworking kid in his neighborhood. As he grew older, Belal began trying various odd jobs to help support the family income. He worked as a porter, in a warehouse, and even at the Los Santos port. From these experiences, Belal became interested in the world of large vehicles and the lives of truck drivers. As he grew older, Belal began trying various odd jobs to help support the family income. During his breaks from working as a truck driver, Belal developed a hobby of fishing around the Las Barrancas docks. Initially, it was just to fill his spare time, but gradually he began selling his catch to supplement his income.
