Je Monterra

Je Monterra is a company founded on November 1, 2025, by three founders: Pierre Monteleone as CEO, Darwin Smith as Vice CEO, and Colt Perkins as Manager.

The name “Je Monterra” means “a mountain”; we hope that with this name, we can always remain at the top. Je Monterra upholds employee rights; we believe employees are our top priority, because without them we cannot operate as originally intended. Therefore, we aim to provide employment opportunities for the people of Los Santos.

Je Monterra’s workshop and automotive division specializing in vehicle modifications, repairs, and performance enhancements. Montech Art & Speed is dedicated to providing the best service to the people of Los Santos by prioritizing quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction. This division also serves as a hub for automotive innovation and a platform for talented mechanics.

Montecargo

Je Monterra’s logistics and transportation division, focused on distribution and freight services within the Los Santos area. Montecargo prioritizes safety, punctuality, and professionalism in every shipment, making it a trusted cargo service for both the public and other businesses.

Montech Racing Team

Je Monterra’s official racing division, serving as a platform for talented drivers and motorsport enthusiasts. The Montech Racing Team embodies the spirit of sportsmanship, discipline, and competition to achieve success in the Los Santos racing scene. The Rebranding of Je Monterra into Ascendra Corporation

The name “Je Monterra,” which means “a mountain,” symbolizes the beginning of the company’s journey—a hope that the company will always stand strong at the summit and never waver. Je Monterra grew far beyond initial expectations. Divisions such as Montech Art & Speed, Montecargo, and the Montech Racing Team began to gain widespread recognition in Los Santos. The company was no longer viewed merely as a local business, but as a symbol of growth.

On May 13, 2026, Darwin Smith replaced Pierre Monteleone as CEO assisted by Jonathan Stone through major financial investment into the company and the execution of all necessary administrative processes, ultimately leading to the rebranding of Je Monterra into Ascendra Corporation.

The peak of the mountain was no longer the final destination. The mountain was merely the starting point for a higher ascent. An ascent that begins from the bottom—hence the decision to change the name of Je Monterra to Ascendra. Ascendra is derived from the word “ascending,” signifying the journey from the foothills to the mountaintop. Today, Jonathan Stone serves as the Co-Founder of Ascendra Corporation, while Darwin Smith leads the company as CEO.
