$Izymoneysniper$ Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Sebastian_Valdez Sebastian Valdez is a seasoned lawyer, a name partner at Valdez & Ordonez, LLP and currently appears to be one of the best litigators in the city of Los Santos, according to Forbes Magazine. Valdez started his attorney career as an Assistant District Attorney in 2002 and decided to join a top law firm in Los Santos in 2008, before being appointed as a name partner in 2015 alongside Reuben Ordonez, a high profile corporate lawyer, and a fellow LS native. With all the trials and tribulations he had in the past, the public acknowledges Valdez as a very reliable litigator on account of his social wits and legal acumen when it comes to winning cases, criminal cases. As a native resident of ELS, he was no stranger to lower class criminal acts, especially when he grew up in the 1970s. His father, Jose Valdez, was a pro bono lawyer down there. He often handled cases involving shootings, murders, robberies, drugs, and so forth. Anything related to gang members or civillians who he believed were, unfortunately, framed by the law enforcement. Jose could barely make a living from his occupation. He received money from donations, but it was not enough to support the family financially. He relied primarily on his wife, Maria Valdez, who worked as a paralegal in the District Attorney’s office, to help support the family’s financial matters. Jose was gunned down in 1992 by an initiated member of The Mexican Mafia after successfully defending a Lopez Maravilla gang member in court, leaving only Maria and Sebastian. In the following year, Sebastian Valdez went to Georgetown University to study law. Maria, who was a Deputy District Attorney at the time, saved up some of her money to fund the college tuition. He spent almost five years away from his hometown, thinking about making a change, without any awareness of how cynical the law could be. He always believed that he could bring justice to everyone, like his father did. His belief didn’t come out of thin air. It was something he witnessed firsthand at some point in his life. Until now, the belief hasn’t’ faded. Yes, it has changed into something more realistic. But the rigid determination to do what he believes is right lives on within him. To Valdez, becoming a lawyer is not just about passion, and winning cases. It’s God’s work.
