This community was formed because of the solidarity of a brotherhood among the teenagers of Seville Boulevard. Seville Boulevard is a low-class residential community located on the outskirts of Los Santos and is primarily populated by African Americans. Until 1990, the Seville Boulevard Housing Project was opened, and the news attracted the attention of foreigners and Native Americans because of the low price for a place to live. Years passed. In 1994 some young people were tired of being poor, and they started a small business using a local garage in a housing project and started their careers as mechanics and started stealing some car components to build cool cars using lowriders and classic cars. After that happened, a year later in 1995, they had large capital to expand their business, and they formed their own crew, namely the Yardies Car Club. Together with other young people, they continue to modify and buy cool vehicles for lifestyle and illegal racing to earn more money. Entering the 2000s, the Yardies Car Club was taken over by the Kwame family, who appointed Omari Kwame as the permanent owner of the business and local garage to continue their illegal business, and they started drug trafficking around the Playa Del Seville and Seville Boulevard areas and made huge profits, making them very rich. A new era has begun in the Playa del Seville and Seville Boulevard areas; now Omari Kwame is the leader of the Yardies Car Club, who started a drug business and is also increasing recruitment of young people to take part in illegal racing events and also start their careers in the garage, which is now called Yard'O Garage. Omari Kwame started a racing crew, namely the Yardies Racing Club, which started to create illegal racing events around Seville Boulevard to Ganton and other places. The story continues; they went out of Los Santos and started their racing career in San Fierro and other cities because they also started expanding their garage branches and started making weapons businesses. Yardies Car Club began to be known in the world of illegal racing, and they started selling classic used cars for racing and continued to build their drug and weapons business. They also succeeded in making many connections that made it easier for them to become a united and friendly car club; Omari Kwame is the best pioneer, and he is also highly respected by the people of Seville Boulevard. He continues to build the Yard'O Garage into the best garage it can be and also welcomes local youth to participate. Until January 2025, Omari Kwame was sentenced to prison for a criminal case he made with his crew and was given a prison sentence of up to 8 months; he was released in October 2025 and continued his garage business with his brother Miller Kwame for the continuation of their illegal business too. As time went by, the Yardies Car Club's illegal racing began to attract the attention of the police, and because of that, they began to cooperate with corrupt police to not disturb their community in building illegal racing events every night. They do all of that on the orders of Omari Kwame to maintain the popularity of the Yardies Car Club. After the situation began to calm down, Omari Kwame and his crew started appearing on the streets and started holding illegal racing events again. Their most famous illegal racing event in Los Santos is the "Yardies Racing Event 2026," which has a prize pool of over $10,000! After the event ended, the Yardies Car Club continued to hold illegal races, and also, the distribution of weapons and drugs in Playa Del Seville continues to this day. Omari and Miller Kwame are brothers who report all the events that occur in Los Santos & San Fierro and reap huge profits every day.
