He was born in a luxurious hospital, had a very easy delivery, and then moved to New York. The child was named Joaquin Horace. His father was from Spain and his mother was from Mexico. His father's name was Lerson Jarrot, and he had a brother named Jarrot. His father's cousin had a son just one year younger than Joaquin, Roque Desiderio. Since childhood, they lived and played together, almost without a trace, at their grandparents' house in New York City, America. Several years later, Joaquin's family decided to move to California to lessen the burden on his grandparents, who had been caring for Roque. In California, they lived in a house they had purchased before Joaquin was born. Upon arrival, his father immediately continued his previous business, a fast-food restaurant, and he was also an investor and trader. His mother worked in Human Resources Development at one of the world's leading companies. From a young age, Joaquin's life was filled with abundant wealth, scattered everywhere. He never had to worry about where to get money; he simply asked his parents for it. A dozen years later, when Joaquin was 14 years old, his extended family received news from his father's brother that his grandparents in New York had been murdered by a mysterious figure. Joaquin's family discussed with the Roque family the idea of moving each family to Los Santos for their safety. Upon arriving in Los Santos, Joaquin's family had their own apartment in the Glenpark Apartment Suites, which Roque also lived nearby. In Los Santos, Joaquin Horace attended Artesia High School with Roque, but they were only in the same grade. While there, Joaquin would often see Roque skateboarding with his close friends. He yearned to join in, but was too embarrassed to go home. Several years later, Roque graduated first, followed by Joaquin Horace. Since Joaquin graduated, Roque invited Joaquin to ride dirt bikes with him. From that invitation, dirt biking became his hobby. He now has his own modified motorcycle. Joaquin has also worked up the courage to hang out with Roque's friends, who have now moved to the park.
