Lanxy Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Scott Winters Scott 'Ethan' Winters was born on March 02nd, 2004, precisely in west of Los Angeles, Santa Monica. He grew up in a family with middle class status and an neighborhood close to the beach which made his childhood open and free view that neighborhood. He spends his time doing social activities, even at school, meaning when he was in primary school, he was often active in playing, socializing with his cheerful nature. Scott Winters' childhood was very fortunate, he had parents who gave him freedom and never even prohibited him from doing anything positive that he could do if he thought it would give him pleasure, even to other people. Entering his teenage years, precisely at the age of 18, he left Los Angeles, he went to New York to gain an education as a law degree at New York University. Winters graduated with perfect grades and was with friends during the struggle, then they parted ways to choose their own paths in search of the future. Then, based on the advice of his parents, he wanted his son to attend the Police Academy, through a long process of recruitment. Winters finally passed at the age of 21, precisely at the standard age with the Police Academy requirements, Los Angeles. After working as a Police Officer in Los Angeles for nerly 15 years, Winters received the honor of being promoted as Police Commander Administrative Services Bureau. With his new position, he is no longer busy in the field, now he is busy in a blue room at the Police Department's financial center, managing the Department's needs. Then his activities during his tenure provided many necessary positive changes some regulation for department, and make it easier to manage service administration. Blindly received the Police Star Award, until he ended his watch with his last position after entering retirement standard age.
