She was born at Puerto Valarta on 29 September 1995, and she had an sister named Yui D'Sinclair. She comes from an old-money family, her family considered one of the most powerful dynasties in the global business world, some even say their influence rivals that of the Rothschild family. Coming from such a family background, her younger sister was very spoiled and got everything she wanted, but unlike Vivienne, she wanted to be independent in her life because she knew that wealth was not permanent and that there would always be ups and downs. She started an start-up company called Vienne Stock Exchange which ran on economy section and trading stocks. At a moment she gain profit from her business but at one time she went all in with her savings and her prediction was wrong, she got margin call and she lost everything she had. Knowing her business was high risk, he got traumatized with it and she disband the company. It wouldn't be Vivienne if she wasn't determined. Not wanting to burden her family with all her concerns, she decided to move to San Andreas to observe and look for new business opportunities. When she arrived in San Andreas, she felt that something was different from his old place, namely the many demonstrations against the injustice that occurred between officials and the community. After digging deeper, she discovered that these officials were playing behind the scenes in the economic sector. However, she saw this as an opportunity to take control of San Andreas. She began his career as a politician by joining the Democratic Party. With his previous experience, his political career went smoothly. She established an organization to support his political career, doing everything he could to convince the public to vote for him. Back to the Sinclair family, her father is very proud of his daughter's career in politics, but he is also worried because there are people who dislike her current position. With all the connections the Sinclair family has, they secretly protect Vivienne by sending an agent to guard her daughter, who is disguised as a cleaning service at her workplace. Within a few years, Vivienne managed to secure a position in parliament and was trusted to represent the people. Her performance satisfied the public. However, she was still human, and she engaged in illegal business activities for greater profits, which were hidden behind her achievements. She secretly established an underground online casino that she had designed in such a way that it would not be easily detected, and she also bought dormant accounts to support her business. She made huge profits, and she laundered her money by setting up a coffee shop, which happened to be very popular, making her business almost undetectable by the authorities.
