He was born into a modest family, and it could even be said that his family was among the simplest in their neighborhood. His mother, Lauryn Grace, worked as a shopkeeper, while his father, Hendrick Carpenter, was a lumberjack. Kenny also had a younger sister named Sabrina Carpenter. From a young age, Kenny was raised with great love and care by his parents. Whatever he asked for, they always did their best to fulfill and prioritize his wishes. The same went for Sabrina, who was also deeply loved by their parents. As children, Kenny and Sabrina often spent time together because there were no other children their age in the area. Most of the people around them were teenagers or adults. However, when they entered elementary school, they made many friends since their school was located in the city. After starting school, Kenny and Sabrina rarely played together around their home. Instead, they spent more time with their new school friends. Even so, they remained close as brother and sister and never fought, as they had always shared a strong bond since childhood. At school, Kenny had a close female friend named Shopia. She was his best friend there. Shopia was a quiet girl who only felt comfortable around those she was close to, like Kenny. She rarely spoke to people she did not know. In contrast, Kenny was cheerful and had many friends at school. After Kenny and Sabrina graduated from elementary school, they continued their studies at a secondary school not far from their previous one. Most of the students there were their former classmates. However, Kenny’s personality began to change when he entered secondary school. Once a cheerful and sociable boy, he became quiet and often chose to be alone rather than spend time with his friends. Nevertheless, he was still treated kindly by them. Shopia also attended the same school, and they remained very close. Over time, Kenny developed deeper feelings for her. However, he did not dare to confess because they were best friends. One day, Kenny told his sister that he had feelings for his classmate, Shopia. After hearing his story, Sabrina encouraged him to confess his feelings to the girl he loved. Taking his sister’s advice to heart, Kenny decided that he would express his feelings to Shopia on their graduation day. On the day of graduation, Kenny finally gathered the courage to confess his feelings. Behind the school building, he told Shopia how he felt. However, unlike Kenny, Shopia only saw him as a close friend nothing more. She gently rejected him. Hearing her response, Kenny immediately felt guilty for having romantic feelings toward his best friend. On that very same day, Kenny received devastating news: his sister had been rushed to the hospital. Sabrina had been hit by a car while on her way home after celebrating her graduation. Upon hearing this, Kenny hurried to the hospital to see her. Tragically, she did not survive and passed away shortly after Kenny arrived. Kenny had just been rejected by the girl he loved, and now he had lost his beloved sister. His heart was shattered, and he was filled with regret. He wished he had spent more time with his sister on their graduation day instead of focusing on his feelings for Shopia. After this tragic event, Kenny decided to stop attending school. He was deeply traumatized and still carried guilt not only for confessing his feelings to Shopia, but also for what had happened to his sister. He chose to stay at home, and as he grew older, he planned to work abroad and leave his hometown behind. When Kenny turned 20 years old, he decided to move to America in search of work. He planned to relocate to Los Santos because the city offered many job opportunities. Kenny hoped to leave his painful memories behind and begin a new life in Los Santos.
