Lucian "Luke" Winterbourne is a member of the Rousers Motorcycle Club. He spends a lot of time in the club, which is an honor, respect, and another effort for the club. Luke was a good citizen in Los Santos in the past, but he accidentally changed his own life by being part of the outlaw club. Previously, Luke was a Firefighter, more precisely, he used to be part of the San Andreas Fire Department. After he disappeared from the faction, he used to hang around the Dillimore Bar a lot. Luke is known as a person who is too easily carried away by the current of an environment, which led him to change his life from being a criminal. He did a drug trafficking, murder, and illegal possession of firearms. He knows a lot of people in the club, including the president, who is called "Big Wayn". He did everything for the club to get respected. In just a few months, he received his patched vest and officially became a member of the club. But at one time, Danny, as the sergeant of arms in the club is promoted to be the president of the club. Danny is being wanted by the Detective Bureau, which made Luke and the other scattering, losing their way.

One day, Luke was driving his car, rolling around the city to get some fresh air after getting back from work. In a moment, he gets out of the car. Luke was checking his car's tire because the tire felt so weird. And yeah, the tire is flat. He decided to wait for a moment, waiting for someone to pass him. And then, there is a car driving towards Luke. Luke feels so happy, he thought it would be some help for him. But after a few seconds, someone got out of the car, and she looked very mysterious. The girl is taking a step to approach Luke. And then, she took out a pistol and pointed it at Luke's head. She intended to rob Luke, but Luke made a fatal choice. Luke tried to run away from the girl, but Luke was shot several times in his body. And before she got away, she took a shot once at Luke's head, which made Luke lose his life.
