Disclaimer: This casefile is released OOCly, which means your character doesn't know about this document existence.

Please take a note that this casefile is built fully IC by SAPD Office of Detective Bureau, which is why information presented here are not picturing 100% of Caspian MC. It’s simply because we're not here for retelling the story of Caspian MC, but we're here building a case against Caspian MC that realistically will be presented to the Federal Court.

We're using intelligence gathering as the main source of information, and linking them with circumstantial evidence and direct evidence that we've found. If your character never been arrested by SAPD before or being questioned by the SAPD Office of Detective Bureau doesn't mean that we don't know about your character, since investigation never just about "arrest & interrogation", investigation is also about connecting the dot or information that we could extract, creating pattern and connection between your character with information that we had.

Without further ado, we present you the "Caspian Motorcycle Club’" Investigation by "SAPD Office of Detective Bureau" which is known ICly as "Caspian MC". We hope you enjoy the art of investigation and intelligence gathering. Last but not least, we would like to thank those who were involved on the investigation including the Caspian MC members, who've fairly roleplayed against us.

Advice and Overview: Those who wants to see all the photos that are damaged due to providers and server issue. We recommend using a VPN to be able accessing all the photos in this casefile, in some that occur in the casefile purely using a camera and a body cam from each Detective working in the field, all reports are of course reviewed by the Faction Admin.
