As a child, Sean had no idea what it was like to live peacefully. His father, who worked out of the city, was hardly ever home and his mother had to work an extended day just to get things done. At a young age, Sean discovered how to take care of himself and not be dependent on anyone else too much. Sean was no star, but neither was he a troublemaker. He was a chill dude, easy to talk to, and a person who lighted up others when they felt awkward. Even then, Sean was almost never one to talk about his own problems. He was more at ease allowing himself to be invited in than talking about what he was going through on the inside. He and his parents often had a tumultuous relationship, especially when it came to the subject of his future. They wished he would stay in school and lead a clean life, but Sean felt they didn’t really get the pressure he was under each day, financially and socially. Petty disputes also escalated, and eventually Sean cut back on visiting. Sean drops out of school when he was seventeen years old and began taking on odd jobs. He worked briefly as a courier, helped out at a mechanic shop and also was employed by a small convenience store. None of them lasted long. The pay was sometimes too low, and Sean was sometimes just stuck and didn’t feel motivated he didn’t feel like his life was going anywhere. When it happened to him, Sean decided he’d be a racial profiler too instead of feeling like his life was stagnant. When he heard about police recruitment, he applied. He got himself in physical shape and trained to prepare for it. After getting in shape.
