His father, Richard Goya. Known as prominent influence in the Varrio 13. Carrasco was deep into the street life and influenced for gang banging. Carrasco is also known as drug dealer around the South Los Santos, primarily focusing for harder drugs deal. At first, Carrasco was skeptical about drug dealing in general until his close friend Rico Estrada gave him a couple grams of cocaine to sell. It's started make Carrasco loved for drug dealing, Carrasco loved earn money from drug dealing and bought a clothes and shoes from it. Carrasco has a solid customer, Ronnie. Ronnie was a first customer that bought a cocaine from Carrasco, Ronnie always have a deal with Carrasco for several times. In fact, Aaron Ward or also known as Ronnie is a cop. Ronnie is working for San Andreas Police Departement, Detective Bureau. Ronnie has been working for casefile to a gang located at South Los Santos, Varrio 13. Ronnie has mainly focused on Jeffrey Carrasco as main target of gang member that operate and provide a drugs from Varrio 13, Ronnie from beginning also targeted his father as a Original Gangster from Varrio 13. Aaron Ward as a gang investigator, feel that the evidence and casefile progress already sufficient to arresting Jeffrey Carrasco as a drug dealer. After that, Ronnie made a plan for Carrasco's arrest. Ronnie bought a drugs from Carrasco, and seted-up the location at Montgomery. Carrasco who had already prepared his drug, immediately accepted the offer from Aaron Ward. Carrasco and Ward meet at alleyway on Montgomery, and immediately start for a dealing. But, after Ronnie makesure and check for a product. Ronnie reaching for his service weapon and attempt to arrest on Carrasco.
