He immediately stood up and walked to the kitchen to make himself a cup of coffee. After making the coffee, he walked to the living room to watch TV. The reason he drank coffee was that it fueled him while he worked out at the gym. He continued watching TV for about 30 minutes, checked his watch, and then hurried to the gym. While he was driving not far from his house, Lance heard on his car radio that there had been a recent surge in vehicle thefts in the East Lost Santos area. But Lance let it pass and continued on his way to the gym. Once he arrived at the gym, he parked his car and rushed inside, putting his bag in a locker. After everything was done, he warmed up as he walked to the treadmill to jog for 30 minutes at a pace of 5. After more than 30 minutes, Lance's body was covered in sweat. He walked to the sandbag, put on his boxing gloves, and began hitting the sandbag for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, he took a 2-minute break, walked to his locker, grabbed his bag, and then left the gym. While in the car, Lance forgot that he had forgotten to stock up on basic food so that his gym progress would not be in vain, and he decided to find the nearest minimarket near his gym. After he arrived at the minimarket and finished restocking his groceries, he put the groceries in the trunk of his car, then got into the car while playing on his phone and started the engine. He waited for the engine to warm up. When he realized someone was knocking on his window, he rolled down the window. But fate said otherwise, Lance was robbed by someone using a gun, and after receiving the threat, Lance decided to get out of his vehicle, and raised both hands but he realized there was a chance that the robber was not focused, he tried to take the robber's gun, but failed and the robber shot Lance in the head and he left Lance alone lying on the road while taking Lance's car away.
