Jovani Elioenai was born into a family that had a very difficult economy and never gave him a good parental role. In Ciudada Neza, several families there do not have permanent jobs, just like the Jovani family. Jovani's life as a child was very deprived, he never received education, love and family warmth. Little Jovani at the age of five has started to earn money for his own needs, this is very normal in Ciudad Neza. In the city he lives in, it is a place that has a low level of security and there is a lot of criminal activity there, which makes Jovani Elioenai grow up in a very bad way. Jovani's life never went well, little Jovani already had a dream of becoming a ruler who got a lot of money instantly and had no morals. After work, Jovani often gathers with people who have problems in their environment. At just 10 years old, he was already part of a criminal group. Jovani grew up with friends his age who had the same problems, they always caused problems every day and this was normal in Ciudad Neza. Since he was 12 years old, Jovani has never returned to the arms of strangers, he lives forever on the streets with his friends who have bad qualities. At the age of 17, Jovani, who was in his final teenage phase, was arrested by local police when he hugged. Jovani received a prison sentence of 5 years because of this problem, he grew up in prison with very bad conditions. In prison, Jovani finds new people who take him further than before. Jovani gained people's trust there because of his slightly arrogant attitude and having power over himself. He never joined the organization he was in, but had a respect for others that made him worthwhile. There he met Jesus Morano, someone who helped Jovani to achieve new goals. He invites Jovani to go to Los Santos when he is free and plans to change his life. After being released from prison at the age of 23, Jovani and Jesus began their journey to Los Santos. The journey was not so smooth because they came as illegal immigrants. During the trip they had to hide from security so as not to get caught and get into bigger trouble. Arriving in Los Santos, they lived in a slum area in El Corona, there they tried to live a better life, but because of the character they had, they turned into bad people. Jovani and Jesus had separated and were looking for their identities. Jesus reportedly joined a group containing Mexicans and started committing crimes. Jovani himself began to make a living by depending on other illegal immigrants and grew up around people who had a bad life. He joined them in occupying the place in Verona Beach to this day.
