Javier Ochoa is a teenager who lives around Los Santos. He stays with his mom and dad in a rented crib. His mom is an addict, and his dad is a dead-end worker who has no time for his family. At 13, after a huge fight in the house, Javier’s mom divorced his dad. Without his father, life became even harder. Because Javier’s childhood was a mess, his world turned upside down. He wasn’t happy anymore—he was broken, and his personality changed heavily.

 

This forced Javier to work part-time jobs around West Los Santos. At 14, he entered high school, but there he became even more withdrawn, wild, and hot-headed. One day after lunch break, he got into a fight with another student, and the situation became chaotic. Javier almost killed his classmate in that violent fight. After that tragedy, he dropped out of Hof High School. Several months later, his mom married again, and Javier gained a stepfather. However, the situation only got worse after the marriage. Javier didn’t receive love from his mother because she was always high, and because of that, he became even wilder. He started getting involved with drugs and everything that came with that life.

 

One night, while searching for drugs, he met one of the Big Men—a man who controlled the area, known by the name Big Danger. Big Danger was affiliated with the West Side Playboys 13. After several meetings, Big Danger became interested in Javier and took him under his wing. Big Danger told Javier that he could make more money than working a 9-to-5 job, and the work was simple: Javier would sell drugs for him. Javier agreed, and the operation began. He sold the product quickly, impressing Big Danger. After some time, Big Danger introduced Javier to the West Side Playboys 13.

 

In West Los Santos, Javier became a WSPBSXIII hood rat. Even though it was the dark side of the city, he felt alive there. With the help of the gang, he managed to get his mother a better place to sleep, buy himself a car, and live better. After some time, Javier went through his put-on ritual and officially became a member of WSPBSXIII. As time passed, Big Danger passed his influence down to Javier before moving on. After several years, Javier became one of the men controlling West Los Santos in the street game. He represented WSPBSXIII everywhere he went. However, things soon went downhill.

 

The LSPD launched a secret operation to take down WSPBSXIII after multiple injunctions were issued. Javier was forced to move between the north and south sides, but eventually ended up on the east side of Los Santos. There, with the help of Julian Erasmo from the East Side Playboys 13, he survived the threats against him.

 

Now, Javier lives on the east side of Los Santos, running with the East Side Playboys 13.
