Grown and born from financially with middle income, she is their daughter of father Miguel Angel Villanueva and mother Ana Patricia Lopez. When she was a child, she was busy with her education in Juarez, even occasionally helping her parents around at home. she graduated from high school, she and her family decided to move from Juarez, Mexico to America, specifically in Los Angeles. Los Angeles, Livia 'Lucia' Villanueva lives in an apartment with her family, there they lived better than before in Juarez, Mexico. Livia continued her education in Los Angeles, specifically at the University of Callifornia. There she made new connections and even Livia's girlish nature, she is also a flirtatious personality but with reasonable limits. The development of her connection in Los Angeles is also a positive thing for her, even from her nature which makes connections able to get along with her. Not only did she find contacts, she also often saw groups or individuals smuggling drugs and illegal weapons. she saw this using evidence that she capture with her pohne and apply it to the Police Department as a crime report, some of them have provided the report with valid results. Livia finally graduated from university with good grades, after she graduated from university and received a job offer as an informant and asset for the Police Department in finding out about drugs trafficking and weapons trafficking. She received assistance from the Police Department in working as an asset, chosen because of its strategic value, being able to enter certain circles in a relationship, However, the impact she receives is sometimes a safety and mental risk. Because of her ambition in seeking relationships and wanting to enter a deeper connection and wanting to have full control, she then decided to join the recruitment process for the Federal Department of Justice as the Drug Enforcement Administration.
