     It all began with a young couple blessed with a son. For roughly nine months, the wife carried the child, and on a Saturday night, December 2, 2025, she gave birth at a local hospital in East Oakland. The newborn was named Casper Taye Bash, though his family and close friends often called him "Taye" "Bash" or simply "Casper". Both of his parents were relatively young, his mother had become pregnant before they were married. Casper's father worked as an interstate trailer driver, while his mother was employed at a restaurant, specifically in the drive-thru section.
 

     Growing up in a rough neighborhood and with little financial stability, Casper was never known for his academic performance. One incident stood out, he received such poor exam results that the school temporarily suspended him for a month. Burdened by his family's financial struggles but unwilling to appear weak, Casper sought ways to earn money. Coming from the streets of Oakland, he began working in shadows, delivering illegal packages for people living on the same dark side of Oakland. Using his mountain bike, he responded quickly to every order and drop-off. At one point, he worked with his partner, but a deal went wrong when a buyer claimed the package didn't match their agreement. Casper demanded payment, leading to a heated confrontation. One that ended with his partner being shot dead by his buyer using a Glock.
 

     Haunted by the loss of his crew, Casper tried to move on by entering black market as a reseller. With what little capital he had, he started buying low and selling high, slowly building a steady network of buyers. His business began to flourish, bringing in a decent profit from minimal movement. Yet, the streets of Oakland always pulled him back. Eventually, Casper returned to his old line of work as an illegal distributor, this time burying his trauma and replacing it with new experience. Now, he thrives in Oakland's underworld. As a reseller of weapons and drugs, and a distributor of illegal goods across Oakland.
