Starting with internal conflict within the Morigan syndicate, aka MGS, Constantinos Archimedes and Austin chose their own path in managing their illegal business. Constantinos began distancing himself from his internal team recently. Everything had been running smoothly for decades, with high sales and new channels. Constantinos and Austin felt that they were still part of the MGS circle, but Constantinos was afraid that that what they were doing would be detected by several supervisors who oversaw several businesses within Shamrock. Austin, who was Constantinos' partner at the time, tried to calm his friend, who was becoming paranoid, thinking that at any moment he would be removed from his position at Shamrock.

However, it is unfortunate that what Constantinos had feared all along—that the business was trying to betray the MGS circle—had begun to be sensed by several supervisors among the Shamrock elite. He received an ultimatum directly from Captain Boney to stop his plans. Even though Captain Boney already knew all of Constantinos' plans and intentions, he still chose to try to keep quiet among the other Shamrock elite. Captain Boney still hopes that Constantinos and Austin will return to the inner circle and remain loyal to his orders. Upon hearing the ultimatum and the captain's intentions, Constantinos feels that he is protected by him, so he ignores it all and still tries to leave the MGS inner circle.

Carrying a large sum of money without the captain's knowledge, Constantinos, Austin, and an additional colleague from another circle, Lorcan, wanted to escape from America on the final day of their big plan. Suddenly, the captain of the Shamrock armory called Lorcan. His name was Tobias. Tobias asked Lorcan, Constantinos, and Lorcan to meet him in Convertina to discuss something. When they all arrived at the meeting, Tobias openly criticized the evil intentions of Constantinos and Austin. At that moment, Constantinos and Austin could not defend themselves because their plan to betray the entire Shamrock had been exposed and heard by the others. At the end of the conversation, Tobias demanded that all the money Constantinos had hidden be returned to him.

Constantinos resignedly threw his ATM card, which was full of money from his transactions, and left the room, leaving Tobing alone with his anger. During his journey to Los Santos Airport, unbeknownst to him, the vehicle carrying Lorcan, Constantinos, and Austin was being followed by a black sedan that sped up and approached the vehicle driven by Constantinos and his companions. From his rearview mirror, Constantinos saw three people pull out firearms from the car window and carry out a drive-by shooting. As a result of the incident, Constantinos and his companions' vehicle overturned and flipped on the side of the road. Constantinos, Lorcan, and Austin died instantly at the scene from the shooting.
