Little Pedro still lives in the middle class economic category, his father works as a truck driver, while his mother only takes care of the household. Pedro really likes lowrider cars since his father first invited him to join the lowrider parade in San Fierro using his Chevrolet Impala, that's where Pedro began to pursue his desire to have his own lowrider car so he could show off to his friends in the future, not only that, Pedro also has a hobby of drawing paint designs for lowrider cars. At the age of 7, Pedro was sent to East Beach Elementary School by his parents, at that time Pedro no longer felt lonely and began to make new friends, coincidentally there were some of his new friends who had the same hobby as Pedro. After 4th grade, Pedro's behavior outside began to change due to environmental influences, Pedro was already familiar with smoking marijuana secretly and often hung out on the basketball court, because there were dealers often operating around there by inciting elementary school children to buy the goods, because they were so innocent. Pedro often got angry if his mother did not give him money so he could buy marijuana cigarettes from the dealer again, at that time Pedro was addicted to drugs without his parents' knowledge, he was good at lying. A few days later at night when Pedro and his friends were off guard, they were caught smoking marijuana in a narrow alley of the basketball court by the police while on patrol, Pedro and some of his friends were caught red-handed, then his parents found out that Pedro had long known drugs. The police also asked Pedro's family to bear great responsibility to ensure Pedro followed the program required by the juvenile court. At that time, his parents began to feel disappointed because they had worked so hard to raise Pedro who had fallen into promiscuity. Pedro realized this and apologized to his parents and promised to change again. In his 12th grade of high school, Pedro already had a girlfriend named Ashley Guzman from 9th grade of junior high school and was in the same class as his childhood friend who was still loyal to Pedro. Currently, Pedro is studying mechanics because his father has taught him how to bodywork his lowrider car, he not only has a lowrider car and shows it off, but it is also useful for one way to earn money through his skills later. Pedro's girlfriend, Ashley, hopes that Pedro can have a car like his father's as a dowry if they get married later. Unfortunately, Pedro's father died in an accident on the way home after a lowrider car event at his friend's house, the Chevrolet car was completely destroyed by a train. After learning the news of his father, Pedro's mother still couldn't accept the loss of her husband. Since the incident, his family's economy has declined, until now Pedro still hasn't found a job even though he has graduated because he is not sure and there are still things to learn, he also has no hope of going to college. Pedro also discussed with his mother to use his savings to move to El Corona to look for opportunities, Pedro also brought some of his mother's belongings so that he always misses her at the motel. Since then, Ashley was disappointed after knowing that Pedro began to fall into poverty and then asked to break up with him, Pedro was sad and almost depressed at that time because it was far from hope. At the age of 18, Pedro still had a small hope after mixing with a gang in the neighborhood and being given rough jobs such as distributing cocaine to certain people, and getting loyal customers, so he could buy a cheap car even though it wasn't a lowrider. After having a sedan, Pedro plans to try modifying his car like a lowrider later.
