Dakota Kimowe, known as Kim, was an ambitious but stupid Native American teenager who studied at Fort Benton High School in Los Santos. While studying Kim is hoping to find a better teenager life after he agreed to go by himself after his mother submitted his application. Want to be alone & free without any Highschool-drama. But living in a big city like Los Santos turned out to be harder than he expected. Instead of freedom, Kim found himself caught up in the complicated of street-drama as a young-turk. In high school, Kim started to hanging out with the group called The Frontier Wolves, were mostly former Fort Benton students who treated each other like a tribe. At first, Kim thought he had finally found people who understood him. But without realizing it, he got trapped in the group’s hierarchy. Under peer pressure, he started joining their wild activities. Riding recklessly through Los Santos, causing trouble and doing an illegal-activity just to prove he’s solid. One of the older member, Elijah Akecheta, known on the street as Bear, saw business potential in Kim, Bear invited kim to join his business selling mushrooms and marijuana. That was the real beginning of Kim’s life on the streets as a young-blood.

Streets of Los Santos were not easy for someone like Kim. Respect meant everything, and without it, Kim were nothing. Kim often told himself, “I’ve got somethin’ to prove”. Day and night, selling mushrooms and marijuana around every corner of the street, ignoring the police, the local gangs, and even the money his mother still sent him from Fremont County, Colorado. Kim didn’t do it for money anymore, he did it for respect. Still, no matter how deep he got into street-life, Kim never truly became a 2-bit gangster. Deep down, he was still the same kid with a strong-willed. Behind the chaos, the fights, and the chain around his neck, Kim was trying to live a double life.

The summer break has came, he got night shift as a cab driver for a small company called El Transporters, owned by a Colombian man named Manny. For the first time in a long while, Kim’s life felt steady. He drove around the city, picked up passengers, earned a clean money, and for once didn’t have to act like a street-punk. But peace never lasts forever in Los Santos. Street-politics between two gangs. The Irish gang known as The Shamrock and Kim’s own gang, The Wolves soon caused trouble for him. Because of the El Transporters’ problem with one of The Shamrock’s business and his ties with The Wolves was forced to quit his cab job and step away from El Transporters, even though Kim didn’t like it.

After arguing with one of his group member, Kim left his gang hangout known as Reservation for while to clear his mind, He drove out to Santa Maria Beach by himself for find some peace for while, even when streets-drama are still heating up. But for Dakota Kimowe, the beach would become the last stop of his journey after unknown rival gang member caught him alone at the beach and put 7.62mm into his body without Kim noticed it.
