Her parents are some generic office workers with regular income and regular lives. However, a day Before Eve turned 5, her mother passed away because of an accident. She got hit by a car when she walked to the grocery store. After her mother died, her father changed. He blamed Eve for her mother's death. Her father thinks because she tried to buy a cake and present for Eve, she got hit by a car. If she had never tried to get something for Eve, she would still be here. 2 years passed, and 7-year-old Eve got used to being beaten, humiliated, and isolated by her father, but she never forgave her father for what he had done to her. Years after years of getting the same treatment as a prisoner by her own father, her resentment grew bigger. When she is 16, she can't hold it anymore. She grabs a knife and tries to kill her own father when he is sleeping, but in the end, she can't do it and chooses to run far, far away from home. With only her clothes to her name, she can't do anything, just walking aimlessly until she meets Jennie, another kid that also has nothing to lose. They bonded pretty quickly because of their similar fate. Turns out Jennie never knew who her parents were, she grew up in the orphanage, where the living condition was bad, so she chose to run away and become a petty criminal, stealing food and goods to sell for drugs. Jennie also teaches Eve how to steal, manipulate, and scam others so they both can live in the street. After 5 years together, they both ramped up their criminal lives, and now they regularly rob and do burglary in wealthy neighborhoods. They already terrorize most of the states by the age of 20. Eve and Jennie always find a way to slip and run from the police, but now they are getting sloppy. They rarely do recon now and decide to jump in whenever they feel like it. The downfall came when they saw a wealthy-looking man walking alone to a big house. Seeing that, they just jumped in on the action and tried to rob the man right after he went inside. Unbeknownst to them, it was a setup by a police force that had already had their eyes on them for a long time. Inside the house there are 4 police waiting with their guns drawn and ready to shoot anytime. Jennie just fired her gun and told Eve to run away. In the end, Jennie died at that house, and Eve successfully ran away from the police, she wanted to surrender, but haunted by guilt, she kept running away to honor her friend's sacrifice. However, because Eve usually follows Jennie's instruction, she becomes unstable and reckless. Not long after Jennie's death, Eve got caught and sentenced to 5 years in prison because they actually never hurt anyone when doing crime. Even Jennie's shot at the house was not even aimed at any police. She just made space for Eve to run away. After Eve got released, she tried to rebuild her life from the start in Los Santos, a place she had never visited.
