Araza Jinzaburo is a man who related with The Fujigawa activities, his name get look on the structure and the rank member of The Fujigawa as Shuhensha (2nd Lieutenant) work on back of the Junkosei (Lieutenant) Jin Isayo/"Grinch". A man who often presence himself when The Fujigawa doing a business. Now, just himself the member of The Fujigawa who still life after the shooting incident Police against The Fujigawa. In a night, Araza's the guy who lost his way after his Wife died and his Family, The Fujigawa and his friends has been passed away because one tragedy, he make himself dare to come back to The Fujigawa's place, Little Tokyo District East Los Santos.

Araza came there alone while bringing an flowers and give a silent a minutes then put it in front of Little Tokyo as remembering them, with a few of teardrops he leaves his foot there and going to get back to his new residence but, some of Police and Detective has tailed Araza, they come to Araza and stomp on the sirine. They ask Araza to fall on the ground and ask Araza to surrending himself. Because Araza bring a pistol for his guardself, he's dare to fight the police with the pistol, and doing shoots against the police, Araza is got fall and the Police and Detective call the emergency SAFD for give Araza help for breathe.

But, unfortunately because Araza got shoot and bullet on his head preciesly on his brain, it's make him can't be able to walk long more his career, the emergency SAFD report to the Police and Detective and directly doing a process for Araza's burial. But before he do his last breathe, he say the mainstay words that often the member say it for The Fujigawa "East Dragon Never Die!" while shoots against the Police and Detective.
