He was born to a wealthy family that runs several business like dealership, restaurant and clothing chain. Ione was a good, kind, and happy kid. He never caused any problem, ever; however, when he was 13, his parents died tragically on a business trip when their plane crashed. He became confused with his sudden wealth and responsibility since his parents basically handed everything to Ione. He decided to quit school entirely shortly after his parents' death and start managing several businesses that his parents had left. However, without anyone to help him manage his late parents' business, he couldn't really do anything, and soon he became a target of his distant relatives whom he had never even met before. Because Ione is kind and didn't know he was being used when he was a kid, he is being generous to everyone who comes to him. After 2 years trying to manage his parents' business alone without any help, and constant demands for money from his relatives, he finally gave up because the business was finally heading to bankruptcy, he couldn't pay his employees, and they began to leave one by one. Then, he sells everything that can be sold to make some money so he can start over somewhere fresh. He tried to reach out to his relatives, but no one was willing to help him, and he started disappearing from Ione's life. After he sold his old business, he had some money, not as much as before, but it's still considered a life-changing amount of money for average people. After that, he tried to open his own business at 15, but because of his age, he couldn't really make a "real" business like his late parents. Later, he met someone older, around 40 years old, who claimed to have experience in every aspect of the clothing business. Ione, being the naive kid that he is, believed everything that this guy said and handed a significant amount of his money to this guy to start the business. Unbeknownst to him, this guy turns out to be a fraud and runs as soon as he gets the money from Ione. Hit with realization, Ione started to lose his faith in other people and became depressed. He wandered around the USA, starting small businesses here and there alone. 5 years passed, now he is 20 and luckily, one of his small enterprises, a car wash business, has become profitable, and he is slowly building his wealth again as a young entrepreneur. He met so many people and started to trust someone again, especially a smokin' hot blonde called Ela, who became his fiancée, after only 3 months of dating. However, without Ione's knowledge, Ela is a serial manipulator and a liar. Ela acts sweet and caring in front of Ione, and then, when Ione is 21, he marries Ela. Not long after their marriage, Ela became distant and seems like different person, she is very rude and demanding to Ione, just 1 years after their marriage, Ela ask for divorce and accuse him of financial and physical abuse which became Ione's biggest regrets, Ela demands alimony and half of Ione's assets including his successful car wash. Because Ione didn't have any proof to deny the allegation, the judge sided with Ela because she faked so many things to frame Ione as a devil. Ione started spiraling again and started using drugs and alcohol to ease his depression, then he sold his half of the car wash business, and his house to Ela at lower rate. He wandered around the USA again and kept using the money from selling all of his belongings to buy more drugs, alcohol, and gambling. Eventually, he lost everything in the span of 6 months and became homeless. He walks without any destination in mind for a long time until he reaches Los Santos. There, Ione met a kind farmer family from Dillimore and gave them a place to stay and clothes to wear. Now Ione starting his new chapter of his life in Los Santos, still with depression and won't trust anyone including the farmer family that help him, however Ione starting to become sober again, and help the farmer family with their farm as a form of thank you for saving him, occasionally Ione going to the city of Los Santos to find works and save for his future.
