In Ireland, Galway, September 9, 2001, From a couple who fell in love with each other, a child was born who was given the name Coney Tierney, Coney was an illegitimate child because both of his parents had sexual relations outside of a legal marriage bond, Coney was the child of a family with a poor economy, Coney was a child who was strictly educated by his parents, Coney had the desire to become someone who was influential in improving the welfare of Irish society.

When Coney was 19 years old, he was accepted into a famous university in Ireland called Maynooth University, in the end Coney said goodbye to his parents to go find talent and study at the university, Coney immediately went to the city of Maynooth, Coney studied there for about 3 years, there he learned quite a lot and Coney was serious in his studies because he wanted to make his parents proud so he continued to be persistent and did not give up.

After Coney studied for a long time, for 3 years Coney finally graduated from the university and now he is one of the skilled citizens in Ireland, now he wants to find work so he can make his beloved parents happy, but there is a phenomenon called The Irish Brain Drain, a phenomenon that occurs due to various factors, including a bad economy, lack of jobs, and lack of opportunities for career advancement in Ireland, at that time Coney was confused about what to do, but the only way for him not to be unemployed was to try to immigrate to the United States or England, finally he told his parents to get their blessing, Coney's parents certainly gave their blessing because their parents always supported their child, finally Coney immigrated to America, Coney's life continued in Los Santos and he fought with other Irish immigrants fighting for the welfare of the Irish people in America.
