His family was quite struggling after Elijah Hototo’s business, Darrius’ Father, collapse due to liquidity issue. Darrius’ father business was a medium-sized workshop company, spealizing on SUV & LCGC vehicle auto-parts. Far before his father’s business collapse, Darrius often visit the workshop, where he began to grow his interest in mechanical vehicle world. Aside from that, his mother was an ex-accountant, resigned from her job in 2013. She continued to back up Elijah Hototo’s main business as finance & administration. On his first grade of junior high school, Darrius gained his aptitude in math and public speaking. He started his interest in math from his mother, which is an ex-accountant. Start from number concepts, basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), understanding of fractions, decimals, percentages, and simple math problem solving, Darrius have special intellegence, above average junior high school students. Not only basic math, he also started to drown himself in basic accountant when he was still on junior high school. Beside of math, Darrius also interested in public speaking. He interacted and communicated with a lot of people, side-by-side, when he was playing on his father workshop business. Elijah Hototo, Darrius’ father, let his son to play along with workshop, met various of people so his son can gained self-confidence and good communication. Darrius also memorized, how his father motivated his staffs through formal meeting and also speech. Darrius parents formed him to be a talented child. At the end of his junior high school season, Darrius received a scholarship opportunity in Los Santos. Darrius met with another three proud children of Chippewa Cree, Jeremiah Pocahontas, Dendric Nahuacatl, and Elijah Akechetta. They became best friends after they spent their first year of junior high school together. In December 2023, Blue Flower, the daughter of a Wemindji Cree Chief, came as a new student. Her father, who happened to be a wealthy businessman, donated a huge amount of money to the Native American Foundation. Assisted by Los Santos city governor, Los Santos has its first Native Reservation in the western part of Marina. Hound and the other Chippewa Cree kids often hang around the reservation everyday after school. As the time passed by, the recognized one motto “Red should always stay with Red." The Cree would recognize every other Native as their kin. Because of their love for dirt bikes and their loyalty to their own tribe, the Cree in Los Santos agreed to form a small dirt bike community/organization called "Frontier Wolves". Darius was voted in as the community's Paramount Chief by his friends because of his intelligence and his trustworthy character.
