Blowrey Antonov is a former detective who worked for one year at the San Andreas Police Department, he was known as a very thorough detective and made all the gangs in the city afraid of him. However, for some reason Blowrey Antonov chose to resign from his job and become a business man, continuing his bar business in Richman. His bar business is called Richman Precinct and he has been running this business for a month with other detectives, but because Blowrey Antonov resigned, this business was finally run by Blowrey Antonov.

One day Blowrey Antonov was checking on his bar in the Richman area, and when he wanted to purchase new stock he got a call from his informant about the information he wanted to provide. However, Blowrey Antonov had resigned from SAPD and became a business man, so Antonov accepted the call from his informant who said he wanted to provide information about the Japanese mafia group in Little Tokyo East Los Santos. After that, Antonov had a meeting with his informant at his bar.

After arriving at the bar his informant lied about the information he was going to give, saying that he wanted his fee for being Antonov's informant. However, Antonov did not want to pay his informant because Antonov was no longer SAPD and became a Business man. Then the informant said that he had done a very difficult job for Antonov but Antonov did not want to pay him anything. Antonov explained that he was no longer SAPD and he could not pay his informant because he was no longer tied to SAPD, his informant was angry and pointed a gun at Antonov's head, then Antonov was shot in the head and died in his bar.
