Tasuku Tsugihiro - One of the remaining survivors from the obscure group, Midnight Flash Bosozoku. Tasuku was a typical Japanese individual who moved to Los Santos, America. He has been an automotive enthusiast since he was 5 years old. His father was well-known as a mech in his hometown, while his brother was the most feared racer in the area. He wants to pursue both careers since he is old enough. Tasuku was always taught by his father how to become the finest mech in the area. Tasuku appears consistently attentive when his father imparts lessons that are significant. His brother consistently instructed him on becoming the top racer and picking the right opponent to conquer. However, due to the fact that Tasuku's father and sibling shared a similar interest, they constantly argued whenever they met. That makes Tasu confused about which path to choose for his life.

Tasuku relocates to Los Santos as a teenager, choosing to move after his brother's death following his release from prison in Japan. Tasuku, who still struggled with uncontrolled emotions after his brother's death, chose to go for a walk while in Los Santos. Tasuku formed several friendships, including one of his closest friends, Zenaku. Zenaku was a Japanese teenager who relocated to Los Santos. They chose to attempt to create or locate a club that resembles their hobby. A club called Midnight Flash Bosozoku is led by Kenji. Tasuku felt at ease in this club and began to gradually accept his brother's death.

MFB was growing larger and larger until they were able to form an alliance with one of the most renowned clubs in the east, Higanbana Bosozoku. The alliance can be formed due to the positive relationship between Kenji and the leader of Higanbana. But MFB can’t endure any longer. Once, Kenji attempted to trick a gangster in Los Santos. Tasuku refrained from participating in the discussion since he was overseeing the workshop hosted by MFB. The gangster disapproved of Kenji's demeanor for tricking him. He chose to exact revenge on Kenji and pursue the remaining members of the MFB crew who were still alive. Tasuku, upon hearing the news, chose to hide somewhere other than Los Santos while disguising himself as a civilian. But it didn't take any longer. The Gangster crew located him while he was restocking some parts on his truck. Tasuku, who didn't notice any odd noise, had a 9mm silenced bullet shot into his head
