The residence of him in the East Block Los Santos, the home environment he was met with several crimes. His childhood was only a dirty environment because the crime was at high risk of the related alleys almost every day even the tax money was even in his area. Terrence Morre is sometimes made victims of criminal acts from the local alley there, they all bullying even at the time. Terrence Morre himself never complained to his parents towards the oppression, because he felt threatened by the local alley there. But he has been moving from the environment full of violence since graduating from high school. During graduating school from high school, he applies form as a Confidential Informant in Los Santos. give information gang related , drug smuggling, illegal weapons sending he did that. He was in the shade of Detective Bureau, Terrence Moore's identity is compained for surveillance and his code name that is 'smoke' that's why he was the shadow of justice. But his career was not long to become as Confidential Information, he was discarded from Detective Bureau because he provided wrong information several times. The reason Terrence Moore provides wrong information, he accepts offer from alley that is classified as a fairly large fee, that is what makes him change his mind to defend justice, because in this position he needs money for the cost of the treatment his parents. Now Terrence Moore at that time had chosen or walked to the wrong track, now he became as drug dealer and the weapon dealer in the East Block Los Santos. But he as the biggest dealer, quite surprising he met his old operation crew Detective Bureau, he was arrested and was interrogated for approximately three hours. They were disappointed with Terrence Moore's actions at the time, he became the biggest criminal, but on that side Terrence Moore could only accept the situation because he was aware of his evil actions.
