In the East Side city of Los Santos, there is a group of classic car clubs, they named their club Chipocludo Classik Car. They often commit criminal acts such as selling drugs, robbing, or fighting with rival gangs. One of the bigwigs in the gang was Pacario Escribano, a man from Latin America, often called Bano. Pacario has a trusted friend named Kian, they live in a high-crime neighborhood, making money daily by distributing drugs and doing odd jobs like being a mechanic or selling Mexicana food.


One night in the city of ELS, Pacario invited Kian to go pick up a repair part at a shop he used to frequent, and they drove to the location in a car. When they arrived at the shop, Pacario parked his car behind the shop, when Kian had entered the shop Pacario was approached by a group of wild youths who were one of Pacario's club business rivals. One of the members of the wild kids turned to their car and saw Pacario in it, then the wild kid told his colleagues that one of their business rivals was in the car. When Pacario turned to them, the group of feral children pointed their guns at the car Pacario was riding in, and Pacario immediately stepped on the gas of his car and tried to escape from the group of feral children.


While trying to escape, the wild child shot at the car Pacario was riding in and hit the tires and oil tank of the car until the car engine began to die slowly while on the run. Because of the urgency of the situation, Pacario then took his cell phone and called his club friends for help, but because his friends were busy at the club house that night, no one answered his call. Pacario tried to start the car but it wouldn't start, then Pacario got out of the car and ran as hard as he could to avoid the wild child's pursuit. But just as he got out of the car, the wild child found Pacario's hiding place. Without further ado, the group of wild youths pointed their guns at Pacario and shot him to death, then they threw Pacario's body into the river to eliminate traces.
