Spencer is an artist in Oxford, and Eleanor is a doctor at John Radcliffe Hospital. Eleanor began to be blessed with a child after two months of marriage with Spencer, and when checked by an obstetrician, their child was a girl. Nine months passed, on December 2, 2003 Eleanor gave birth to her first child at John Radcliffe Hospital, her own workplace. She gave birth normally, and at that time her child was born perfectly without any defects. Kasha Sylvaris Novaria, the name given by Spencer for his daughter. A week after Eleanor was hospitalized after giving birth, it was time for her to return home and be able to do her activities as usual. In response, Spencer quickly prepared Eleanor's and his child's belongings to be taken home later. Years have passed, Sylva as the child of the couple has now graduated from high school. Sylva really wants to be a doctor, just like her mother's job. When she was 7 years old, she often accompanied her mother to the hospital to take attendance. She always saw how doctors did their jobs, how to treat patients even though it was only a glance, that's what made Sylva want to be a doctor like her mother. Without thinking long, Sylva immediately tried to register at the University of Oxford - Medical Sciences Division. Because during theoretical education at the central campus and clinical training later, she could take it at the hospital where her mother worked. When she was still in high school, Sylva's biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics grades were quite good. So, with that it would make it easier for Sylva to later register at the medical university. Registration for the university had started to open, Sylva prepared everything she needed to prepare. Such as scanning the required documents, physical and mental readiness, health certificates from the hospitals involved, and so on. Four months after that, Sylva was declared to have passed and successfully entered as one of the students at the university. Responding to this, both Sylva parents were very happy because it was an achievement that their child could be the same as their mother, especially since Sylva was an only child. In 2025, Sylva has graduated from medical school. However, this is not the final stage, Sylva must follow the Foundation Program which is specifically for doctors who have just graduated like Sylva. She must follow this program for approximately 2-3 years, but that does not dampen Sylva's spirits. She still tries her best to become a doctor like her mother, she must have passed any academy. Sylva has many friends and best friends in her medical school, such as Avary, Mora, and Ailan who are her classmates. The four of them are best friends who support each other, and on average they are born into wealthy families. However, after Sylva successfully graduated from the Foundation Program, she could not immediately become a doctor. She had to follow the final academy, namely Specialty Training, in order to become a specialist doctor like her mother.
