Peeter Starn, Born in the United Kingdom, April 14, 2000, is a child who dreams of becoming a successful person. He has a father named Skolva Starn, and a mother named Maria Virranza. His father worked as a farmer, and his mother worked as a housewife. 

When he was 15 years old, Peeter often owed people, making his parents worried about the amount of money Peeter had. One day, a loan shark came to his family's house in the United Kingdom to collect Peeter's debt, at that time Peeter who was not at home heard news from his neighbor that his house was being visited by a guest who was none other than a loan shark. Peeter was very scared to hear the news, finally he decided to go home when it was getting dark, to make sure the loan shark had left his family's house. When he arrived home, Peeter found his parents who had been killed and received a letter that said "Hey, if you don't pay your debts immediately, we will kill you." Seeing the letter, Peeter felt depressed and very afraid of the loan sharks who were trying to collect his debts. Finally he decided to go to Los Santos to escape from the pursuit of the loan sharks.

Upon arriving in Los Santos, Peeter found the city very different from his hometown. He began to try to find a job that suited him, but none of the jobs that were suitable for him so far. Finally, Peeter decided to work as a fisherman to make ends meet. Peeter felt that the city of Los Santos was a city that made him have to be mentally strong to survive. 

In Los Santos, he met his friends, such as Jhonatan Torres, Herald Whitewood, and others. Peeter and his friends survived together in the tough city of Los Santos. Peeter often saw gangs in the city of Los Santos that he thought were very great. Peeter had a strong determination and spirit to form a strong gang, but until now Peeter has not given up. Peeter tried little by little from his abilities to create a large community. 

Until now, with the determination and strength he has, he has struggled to create the community he dreams of. Peeter Starn has never given up on living and facing the tough city of Los Santos.
