At a tight-knit neighborhood in East Los Santos, where family loyalty and survival walked hand in hand. His mother, a nurse who worked double shifts, and his uncle, a former boxer-turned-auto-shop owner, raised him to stay sharp mentally and physically. His father, whom he never really knew, left when Jahmir was four, leaving behind little more than a last name and a dusty guitar in the closet. From a young age, Jahmir found himself straddling two worlds: the disciplined, structured path of school and sports, and the chaotic rhythm of street life that constantly tempted his friends. A standout sprinter in high school, he was once scouted for college athletic programs, but a fight that broke out during a track meet one he tried to break up led to a suspension and lost scholarships. That moment changed everything. With limited options, Jahmir leaned on what he had his hands and his hustle. He picked up auto repair from his uncle and started working under the hood during the day. At night, he turned to music, building a name as a lowkey but respected DJ in underground parties, mixing old-school hip-hop with Dominican beats and lo-fi house. He didn’t party he studied the crowd like an engineer studies a machine, tuning every moment to perfection.
