One night, as the clouds cleared from the sky, Ramon—Matamoros’s second-in-command—received an urgent message from his superior, Don Naldo. The message relayed that El Viceroy, the leader of the Red Knight Cartel, had been stabbed and seriously injured in an incident at the San Andreas Correctional Facility. While returning to his cell, he was attacked by an unknown assailant, rumored to be a sicario from Tijuana. Correctional officers responded and found El Viceroy unconscious and wounded. In a bid to save his life, the prison authorities transferred him to Country General Hospital for emergency treatment.

After a week with no signs of recovery, Don Naldo sent a trusted associate to check on El Viceroy’s condition. It was discovered that detectives had placed him under tight security due to a high-level arrest warrant. Don Naldo quickly informed Ramon, who in turn brought the message to Matamoros. Recognizing El Viceroy’s significant influence on the streets, Spooky, the street leader, called for an emergency meeting with all Red Knight Cartel sets to plan his extraction.

That night, the meeting concluded with a decision: they would launch an operation to free El Viceroy. Tension gripped the city. Under Spooky’s command, the crew, including Ramon, stormed Country General Hospital. Inside, Ramon confronted a doctor, demanding her ID to access the emergency room. Upon reaching El Viceroy, Ramon found him unconscious. He ordered the doctor to stabilize him, and after a tense wait, El Viceroy finally opened his eyes.

The raid, however, triggered chaos throughout the hospital. Staff and patients were caught in the nightmare. Police swiftly responded, surrounding the building with armored vehicles. Ramon, acting as a negotiator, received a call from detectives requesting an exchange of hostages. Negotiations dragged on for hours. The police demanded two officers be released, but Ramon only offered one. When talks collapsed, Spooky executed a hostage as a warning.

The situation spiraled. Blood stained every corridor of the hospital as it turned into a warzone. In retaliation, the police deployed the Metropolitan Unit to breach the facility. A brutal shootout erupted. Ramon and Spooky retreated to the second floor amid shattered glass and scattered bullet shells. Cornered, they and their crews—Red Knight Cartel and the 38th Gang—chose to go out fighting.

As they tried to escape to the first floor, the gangs unleashed chaos, slaughtering police officers in their path. Yet the Metropolitan Unit remained resolute. In a final confrontation, law enforcement successfully neutralized all gang members.

That night would go down in history as one of the bloodiest raids ever conducted at Country General Hospital. The legacy of the Red Knight Cartel and the 38th Gang was extinguished—erased from the city's underworld.
