[Cafe-racer x Scooter] In Jefferson, the Los Santos rail line used to split the scooter lot, the Groopies, from the rockers, the Ton Up Reapers proper invisible border, yeah? But when the Wolves started mugging about and the Rouser MC kept rolling in like they owned the ends, both sides clocked the same thing: divided streets look weak. So no big speech, no drama just a quiet nod over the tracks. They share word, run patrols, and make it clear to anyone fancying trouble: Jefferson ain’t up for grabs, mate two different engines, one solid front.
