          Cesar Munoz, an Afro-Latino man, he moved from Brooklyn, New York to Los Santos, San Andreas during his teenage years with his father, Roberto Munoz. They lived on Ganton Avenue, a residential neighborhood in Ganton. Roberto Munoz ran a small grocery store in Idlewood. Cesar Munoz initially worked as a bootlegger in Ganton, selling illegal or pirated goods that he obtained through unlawful means such as stealing or extorting other teens outside of the Ganton area. He sold these items to teenagers in Ganton, most of whom were affiliated with the Playboys 13 gang—some were his age, while others were older.
          Julian Erasmo, a respected member of Playboys 13, kept a close eye on Cesar’s activities, seeing how he made money. Julian then approached him and offered him a chance to “move up,” proposing that Cesar become a drug dealer—selling cocaine and marijuana to make more money. Cesar agreed and carried out the job well. Every batch of drugs he received, he managed to sell, and he handed over the money on time, often even earlier than the deadline set by Julian Erasmo. This continued until Julian Erasmo finally acknowledged his presence and hard work. Along with other members, Julian accepted Cesar into the gang and made him an official member of Playboys 13, giving him the nickname “DollaBill,” his new name within the gang. However, a month later, he was arrested for killing the man who had murdered his father. Since he was still a minor, he was sent to Juvenile.
          After his release, two years later, he was arrested again for another murder—his second—which resulted in a much longer prison sentence as he was no longer a minor. In prison, he met and joined La eMe, and after his release, he became a camarada for a Surenos gang in East Los Santos (ELS) known as Ferndale Flats 13. He pushed the gang hard, especially in the distribution of cocaine in ELS, which led members like Austin Rivera—the most respected member—and others to want Cesar Munoz eliminated. That wish became reality one night when Cesar had just left the PigPen bar. Austin Rivera, who happened to be there and noticed Cesar’s presence, opened fire on him. Cesar Munoz died then.
